Our Mega SUP sessions on the Lizard are all about teamwork, laughs, and a bit of organised chaos on the water. Designed for all abilities, each session is shaped by our guides on the day — taking into account your group, the conditions, and the best spots along the coastline.

One minute you might be cruising together, spotting wildlife and exploring hidden corners of the coast… the next, you’re working as a team to stay upright as the swell rolls through, battling waves, wobbling, and (inevitably) ending up in fits of laughter.

Mega SUP is less about perfection and more about shared moments — big splashes, big smiles, and unforgettable memories.

All equipment included

A Mega SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard) is a giant paddleboard designed for multiple people—usually between 4 to 8 paddlers—making it the ultimate group adventure on the water! Unlike a regular paddle board, a Mega SUP is wide, stable, and built for teamwork, laughter, and shared challenges. We provide all the essential kit, including a wetsuit, buoyancy aid, and helmet. All you need to bring is swimwear, a towel, and a pair of trainers you don’t mind getting wet.

Mega SUP on The Lizard

Experience a 3-Hour Mega SUP Adventure on the Lizard Peninsula. Grab your crew and take on the coastline together with our 3-hour Mega SUP sessions on the Lizard Peninsula. This unique group experience lets you explore hidden sea caves, glide through rocky gaps, and take in the stunning scenery—all while paddling together on a giant, team-sized paddleboard. It’s the perfect mix of fun, teamwork, and adventure. Sessions run from Mullion Cove or Cadgwith Cove, depending on sea conditions. We’ll send a confirmation text the day before your activity to let you know which location to meet at.

This activity is available as a private session only. You can book your Mega SUP experience online by selecting from the available dates and times on our live calendar.
