Coasteering for all abilities

Our coasteering sessions are designed to cater for all abilities — from first-time adventurers to those looking to push themselves a little further. Each session is carefully tailored by our guides on the day, taking into account the group’s confidence, the conditions, and the best locations available.

Whether that means a more relaxed exploration of hidden caves, channels, and wildlife, or a higher-energy adventure with bigger jumps, swell movement, and more dynamic routes, we adapt every experience to suit the group — always with safety, progression, and enjoyment at the heart of what we do.

If you’re feeling particularly nervous, or are looking for a more challenging, high-intensity experience, we highly recommend booking a private session, allowing us to fully tailor the adventure to your level and expectations.

All equipment included

We provide a warm wetsuit, buoyancy aid, and helmet for your adventure. You’ll need to bring swimwear, a towel, a pair of lace-up trainers that can be used in the sea, and shorts to wear over your wetsuit. The activity is strictly for ages 8 and over, but if you book a private tour, the minimum age is 6. You don’t need to be a strong swimmer, just comfortable in deep water.

Coasteering on The Lizard

On The Lizard Peninsula, we offer five incredible coasteering routes at Church Cove, Bass Point, Lizard Point, Mullion Harbour, and Predannack. We select the best location based on sea conditions to ensure the safest and most exciting experience. Book your 2-3 hour coasteering adventure on The Lizard, and we’ll confirm the exact location the day before!

Mousehole Coasteering

Experience coasteering in Mousehole, the most westerly coasteering location in the UK! This unique adventure takes you along Cornwall’s dramatic granite cliffs, where you’ll scramble, swim, and leap into crystal-clear waters. Explore hidden sea caves, navigate tidal gullies, and immerse yourself in the rich marine life of Mount’s Bay, an area known for seals, seabirds, and even the occasional dolphin.
